HEY EVERYONE!!!!!!
A new week is here so that means a new theme!! Our Vice President, Jess, was awesome enough to pick the theme of ... Angelic Layer !!!
Personally before I saw this anime I thought it looked somewhat of something I wouldn't like because i was focused around ... a 12-year-old and and a doll?
But believe it or not, the action in this anime/manga pack is pretty tight. I encourage all of you, if you haven't seen it yet, to give it a try!!

We are meeting up with SGA on Monday, September 28th to make our club official! So mark the date because once we become official, WE WILL HAVE AWESOME MEETINGS!!!!

When do you watch/read your anime or manga?
For myself I love to watch anime and take breaks from homework, eventhough I probably shouldn't. I also love to read and re-read my favorite manga MARS all the time, especially when I want to be inspired or I am just flat out bored.

During school breaks I like to watch anime whenever I can. During school however I wanted to watch anime all the time, of course, but instead I try to just watch it when I can; like between breaks in homework, sometimes when I just get up - so I have time to sort the day out, and sometimes before bed - to relax. <3 Danielle

ReplyDeleteSo I absolutely love this anime, and I think Kate did a great job with the layout. It's been forever since I've seen it though.
Like Kate said, keep your fingers crossed for us for our meeting with SGA. We're going to rock it, of course, but in the infintismally small chance that we don't get approved, we can still meet up and watch awesome anime...cause we're cool like that ^^
As for the question of the week, I don't watch anime as often as I would like, but 2 new Bleach episodes come out every week, so I at least make sure I watch them. When it comes to manga, I often pull one out before bed with the intentions of reading one chapter, but I usually end up reading the whole thing lol That wouldn't be so bad, except it usually takes me two hours to read a manga.
I watch animus that are NOT new whenever I feel like... Like for instance, I just downloaded Darker Than Black and I'm going to watch it at my own pace. However, currently airing shows I make sure to watch as soon as they're available, even if I have something to do. Good shows > Homework. I'm only reading 3 manga right now, and I read the new chapters whenever they come out.
ReplyDeleteHey everyone. So I'm new to this whole AMA scene, but am not new to the anime and manga scene in general. I checked you guys out at the activities fair, and i'm totally interested. Good luck getting the club initiated, I'm sure it'll turn out great. And personally, I tend to watch anime towards the later hours of the day, after dinner usually. That's probably the most convenient time for me. Of course, if it was up to me, i'd be devoting so much more time to it XD
