HEY EVERYONE!!!
AMA will not be meeting this Monday, aka tonight.
But I will try to start a discusson for this week on the blog as of now.
The question is:
"What genre of anime/manga are you more likely to watch/read? Why?"
For myself, I love to read/ watch pretty much anything. I love blood and guts but I love soft touchy romances. I guess it just depends on my mood for what I want to watch, but I like it this way because it seems like i can always start a conversation because of my wide variety of interests.

I like animus that have plot. None of that annoying typical gag moeblob stuff that most Americans equate to good anime. The only comedy animu I can stand is Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei... the majority of anime I watch is usually action, drama, mystery, sci-fi/mecha (oh yes), and historical. Don't get much better than that.

I'll try any kind of anime but if I had to say any main genres I would say Romantic comedies are great cause you can laugh and think "Well at least I didn't screw up that bad when I talked to that girl yesterday" and I love Sci-fi/Mecha (and Maddy, Oh Yes! indeed) and fantasys aren't that bad but I have seen some odd ones.

I tend to watch a lot of romantic comedies, but I also like a little bit of action, supernatural, and fantasy. I like it when the anime has slightly unconventional or questionable relationships, but that's mostly because I'm one of those sappy people who believes that love knows no boundries. ^^
