Hey People!

We watched Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo! Awesome pick Emiliee! We experienced a different type of animation with the clothing and material when it didn't move along with the anime character.

This type of story is taken from The Count of Monte Cristo so it is like an adaptation of it in anime form. If anything it can be compared to Romeo X Juliet, the Sci-Fi anime version of Romeo and Juliet.

Don't forget!!

March 27th will be the Accepted Students Day table sitting
and
April 17th will be the JOH Day table sitting

If you would like to join us at the table for either of these times please let me know! I will tell you what time you can come to sit down. I'll be rotating whoever wants to sit at the table in an out.

The movie night is still being determined. As of now, it is set for April 13th. Since this is Greek Week and we probably will not get a good turn out, we are hoping to push it back to the next week.

ALSO! Don't forget that we vote on new officers every March! We will be voting in a new VP and Treasurer for the next year. This voting will take place from March 22nd until March 26th. Same rules apply with this voting as they did with the previous voting.

PEOPLE WHO ARE RUNNING FOR THE POSITION MUST UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION. PLEASE DO NOT RUN FOR THE POSITION IF YOU CAN NOT DEVOTE YOUR TIME TO IT.

Okay? Okay!

Have a great break! Good luck on your midterms, projects, and papers!

  1. I rly enjoyed this show. It's one of many on my 'to watch list.' And as an art minor...the animation was a cut above the rest.

  2. I know! I loved the animation. It reminded me of a few scenes in Paradise Kiss where the clothing patterns had their own 'life' in a way.

  3. And it only gets better. =) Granted, the first episode tends to put people off because all the carnival stuff is over-the-top busy/colorful. But once they get off Luna it becomes a lot more tasteful and sexy.

Plus, the actual story is more exciting, action-packed and suspenseful than Death Note any day of the week.
